Refunds and Returns
If you are unsatisfied with any purchase from the site please contact us via the Contact Us page or the information below for a replacement or refund of the purchase price within 30 days of shipment. Please provide your name, the order number, which items, how many your are returning, and the reason for the return. We will reply to the email with instructions on how to send the items back to us.
Shipping Info
We ship orders usually within 2-3 days of receipt of payment so that coffee arrives as fresh as possible. Please allow for 3-5 business days from date of shipment.
