Delicious! This coffee comes straight from our friends at Forest Green Coffee in Colombia, where it undergoes a 48-60 hour-long fermentation process to enhance the flavor profile. Reminiscent of a dark chocolate bar with cherries, there are also some lovely notes of citrus and guava fruit. A real treat!
